Receiving files is always free. Recipients need a SendITAR account for secure pickup, but do not need a paid subscription.
Cancel future renewals anytime. Your paid sending access continues to the end of the paid period. Existing transfer expiration and deletion rules still apply.
Subscriptions aren’t open yet. The current test deployment is for invited users and non-controlled files. No payments are being collected.
